If you wish to cancel and return the goods, you must inform us within 14 calendar days starting on the day after delivery, either by email to email@example.com or by writing to Moonbeam Lighting Ltd, Pama House, Stockport Road East, Bredbury, Cheshire SK6 2AA (proof of posting is advisable).
Unless the products are faulty, we can only give refunds for products that have not been used or fitted. All products must be returned adequately sealed and in their original packaging including the outer boxes.
If you decide to cancel and return the goods within the 14 day time limit, your payment will be refunded within 30 days. Please note that we will not pay the cost of your carriage back to us or delivery costs for an exchange.
You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
Please check your goods on arrival as damages and any missing goods must be notified within 48 hours. Faulty returns must be sent back to us for inspection. If they are found to have a manufacturing defect you will be offered a refund or exchange.
Please note if using Royal Mail for returning goods that it may reject any package not adequately wrapped. All information regarding your purchase was sent to the email address you supplied whilst placing your order. If using any address label please attach securely to the package. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package.
We cannot accept back specially ordered replacement shades and spare parts for specific fittings.
